By accessing and using the GetCar website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on GetCar's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transmit the materials over a network
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
3. Rental Agreement Terms
When you book a vehicle through our service, you agree to the following:
- You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license
- You must provide accurate personal, payment, and booking information
- You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during rental period
- You agree to return the vehicle in the same condition as received
- You must comply with all traffic laws and regulations
- You are liable for any traffic violations, fines, or penalties incurred
- You agree to pay all rental fees, fuel charges, and applicable taxes
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rental vehicles
- You are responsible for any loss or theft of vehicle keys or equipment
4. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or as agreed
- We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods
- All prices and charges are listed in Azerbaijan Manat (AZN)
- Additional charges may apply for late returns, fuel, or damage
- Refunds for cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy
- Your payment information is encrypted and protected
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before rental date: Full refund
- Cancellations made 3-7 days before rental date: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before rental date: No refund
- No-shows will be charged the full rental amount
- Changes to booking dates may be possible with our support team
6. Insurance and Liability
- All rental vehicles include basic insurance coverage
- Additional insurance options are available for purchase
- You are liable for damage exceeding insurance coverage
- GetCar is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles
- Customers are responsible for all traffic violations and fines
7. Limitation of Liability
GetCar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the materials or services, even if GetCar or its authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damages.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials on GetCar's website and services are provided "as is". GetCar makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
9. Restrictions
The following behaviors are prohibited:
- Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
- Transmitting obscene or offensive content
- Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website or services
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Using vehicles for illegal purposes
- Exceeding vehicle mileage limits without prior authorization
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetCar and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, arising out of or resulting from your actions or use of the website or services.
11. Termination of Service
GetCar reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to services immediately and without notice if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in conduct that GetCar believes violates applicable laws or infringes on the rights of others.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Azerbaijan, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Baku, Azerbaijan.
13. Changes to Terms
GetCar reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
