Singer Vehicle Design has unveiled two extraordinary Porsche 911 reimaginations created in collaboration with Louis Vuitton. Based on the legendary 964-generation Porsche 911, the exclusive pair consists of a Singer Classic and a Singer Classic Turbo, combining bespoke automotive engineering with the unmistakable design language of the French luxury house.
A Porsche 911 Designed Around Louis Vuitton
The Singer Classic features a striking saffron-and-cobalt-blue exterior, complemented by a practical roof rack designed to carry a luggage trunk, surfboard, or skis. The result combines the timeless silhouette of the Porsche 911 with a lifestyle-oriented character inspired by travel and adventure.
The Classic Turbo takes a different approach, using a limestone-and-gold color combination inspired by the limestone architecture of Paris. Inside, the collaboration becomes even more apparent, with Louis Vuitton details integrated throughout the cabin.
Luxury Meets Motorsport Heritage
One of the most distinctive features of the Classic Turbo is its Tambour dashboard clock, inspired by Louis Vuitton's Tambour watch. The clock can also be removed and used as a desk clock. The car is accompanied by a 40mm Tambour Automatic watch crafted with ceramic and yellow gold.
Louis Vuitton's design team reportedly spent an entire year refining the speedometer, tachometer, and other gauges to ensure that the interior matched the character of the collaboration.
Performance Under the Luxury Exterior
The Singer Classic is powered by a 4.0-liter naturally aspirated flat-six producing approximately 420 horsepower. The engine combines water-cooled cylinder heads with air-cooled cylinders and is paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Carbon-ceramic brakes and rear-wheel drive complete the performance package.
The Classic Turbo moves into another league with a twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter flat-six featuring air-to-water intercooling. It uses a six-speed manual gearbox, carbon-ceramic brakes, and selectable driving modes. Singer did not announce the exact output, although the more powerful configuration is expected to produce around 510 horsepower.
A Complete Louis Vuitton Lifestyle Package
The Classic Turbo is more than just a car. The bespoke package includes a made-to-measure silk suit, driving gloves, sneakers, sunglasses, and a helmet, all carrying the signature Louis Vuitton treatment. A custom suitcase designed specifically for the Porsche's front trunk is also included.
With Singer creations already known for reaching well beyond $500,000, these Louis Vuitton editions are expected to command an even higher price. Singer and Louis Vuitton have not announced an official price for either vehicle.
